MCA vide General Circular 14/2017 dated 27-10-2017, extended the due date for filing of AOC-4 and AOC-4 (XBRL E-forms using Non-Ind AS) for financial year 2016-17 and the corresponding AOC-4 CFC e-forms upto 28-11-2017, without levying additional fees upto 28th November, 2017.

MCA had earlier extended the due date for filing AOC-4 (XBRL E-forms using Ind AS) for the financial year 2016-17 to 31-03-2018, without levying additional fees.
